Central University of Haryana Opens Online Registration for 315 Undergraduate Seats for 2026–27 Academic Session
Central University of Haryana, Mahendergarh begins online registration for 315 undergraduate seats for the 2026–27 academic session. The University is offering multidisciplinary programmes in psychology, biomedical sciences, waste management, logistics, chemistry, mathematics, and physics through a transparent online admission process.
Eligible candidates can submit their applications through the University's SAMARTH admission portal from July 7 to July 17, 2026. The admission process will be conducted entirely through an online mode to ensure transparency and efficiency.
The University is offering admission to 315 seats across several undergraduate programmes, including B.Sc. (Honours) in Psychology, Bachelor of Vocation (B.Voc.) programmes in Biomedical Sciences, Industrial Waste Management, Retail and Logistics Management, and Integrated B.Sc.–M.Sc. programmes in Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics.
Admissions to other undergraduate programmes, including B.Tech., Integrated Teacher Education Programme (Bachelor of Arts–Bachelor of Education), and Bachelor of Business Administration, have been notified separately.
Vice-Chancellor Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar said that the Central University of Haryana continues to strengthen its commitment towards providing quality, multidisciplinary, and career-focused education. He stated that in accordance with the National Education Policy 2020, the University has created an academic environment focused on knowledge development, skill enhancement, innovation, and research.
He welcomed talented students from across the country and assured them of access to strong academic resources, holistic personality development opportunities, and avenues for career advancement.
Prof. Kumar further stated that the University's consistent improvement in national and international rankings reflects its academic excellence, research culture, and student-focused educational ecosystem. He added that the University remains committed to delivering globally competitive education and preparing students to address the challenges of a rapidly changing world.
The University has received National Assessment and Accreditation Council Grade 'A' accreditation and secured the first position among Central Universities in Haryana and the 44th position nationally in the National Institutional Ranking Framework 2025 Rankings.
The University has also achieved recognition in several global rankings, including placement in the 1001–1200 Global Band of the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2026, the 1001–1100 Band of the QS Asia University Rankings 2026, the 301–350 Band in the Times Higher Education Interdisciplinary Science Rankings 2026, and the 501–600 Band in the Times Higher Education Asia University Rankings 2026.
Dr. Tejpal Dhewa, Nodal Officer for Common University Entrance Test 2026, informed that the undergraduate admission registration process began on July 7 and will continue until July 17, 2026. He advised applicants to complete their registration before the deadline and carefully upload all required documents while accurately filling out the application form.
Dr. Dhewa emphasised that the complete admission procedure is transparent and conducted through an online system. He further highlighted that the University provides a dynamic academic environment supported by multidisciplinary education, smart classrooms, advanced laboratories, highly qualified faculty members, and the Academic Bank of Credits facility.
The commencement of undergraduate admissions at the Central University of Haryana marks another step towards expanding access to quality higher education while strengthening the University's position as a growing centre of academic excellence, research, and innovation.
