Stride School of Business Unveils AI-Native Campus Designed to Transform Business Education Through Real-World Learning

Stride School of Business has introduced an AI-native campus designed to transform business education through practical learning, live industry projects, artificial intelligence-powered collaboration, smart classrooms, content creation, entrepreneurship, and professional certifications. The institution aims to prepare students with real-world business experience from the beginning of their academic journey.

New Delhi: Stride School of Business, India's first AI-native business school offering a three-year, on-campus undergraduate Management Program in Artificial Intelligence, has introduced a campus designed to integrate artificial intelligence into every aspect of business education. Moving beyond conventional classroom-based learning, the institution has created an ecosystem where students develop business ideas, solve real-world challenges, conduct research, create digital content, and execute live projects using advanced artificial intelligence platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity alongside collaborative peer learning.

The institution stated that its campus infrastructure has been designed to mirror the modern business environment, ensuring that students not only understand theoretical concepts but also gain practical experience by applying them in real business scenarios. The curriculum is supported by more than 25 live projects, making the physical learning environment an integral part of the educational process.

At the centre of the campus is the AI Launchpad, a collaborative workspace where students convert classroom knowledge into practical business outcomes. Unlike traditional lecture-based environments, the AI Launchpad enables students to build business models, analyse markets, estimate market size, solve commercial challenges, and launch ventures using artificial intelligence-powered business operations.

The AI Launchpad includes three dedicated workspaces designed to support different aspects of business education. The first is the Collab Zone, a collaborative environment equipped with flexible seating arrangements and whiteboard walls to encourage brainstorming, strategic planning, financial modelling, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and the development of artificial intelligence-powered business growth systems. The institution stated that the space promotes teamwork and collaborative problem-solving similar to modern corporate workplaces instead of individual assignment-based learning.

Another key component is the Pitch Tank, a boardroom-style facility where students present startup ideas, defend business strategies, participate in business simulations, and justify commercial decisions. The institution said these presentations are embedded within the academic curriculum and prepare students for entrepreneurship challenges, national case competitions, and final capstone projects. Regular participation is intended to strengthen communication skills, build confidence, and improve decision-making under pressure.

The third facility within the AI Launchpad is the Podcast Studio, which provides students with a professional environment for producing podcasts, conducting interviews, and creating digital business content. The institution considers content creation a core business competency, requiring students to operate real content channels, build audiences, and generate artificial intelligence-assisted marketing content as part of their academic coursework. Students also gain experience with modern artificial intelligence-powered audio and video production platforms while developing communication skills and digital storytelling capabilities.

Anmol Jain, Founding Director of Stride School of Business, said every campus facility has been modelled on the way high-performing teams currently work with artificial intelligence. He stated that the whiteboard walls encourage rapid thinking, the boardroom environment develops the ability to defend ideas, and the studio enables students to communicate those ideas effectively. According to him, the campus ensures students adopt these professional working methods from their first year rather than after entering the workforce.

Beyond the AI Launchpad, the institution has also established the AI Forum, an open collaborative space where students engage with entrepreneurs, industry leaders, mentors, and innovators. The forum hosts guest lectures, panel discussions, networking events, and student showcases, providing exposure to practical business insights beyond traditional academic instruction. The institution stated that consulting projects, artificial intelligence audits, growth strategies, and technology solutions developed by students are also presented and evaluated within this environment.

Stride School of Business has also introduced smart classrooms designed to promote participation, debate, case-based analysis, and practical application. Inspired by leading global business schools, these classrooms encourage students to research business problems, analyse data, generate insights, and test solutions using artificial intelligence tools throughout every learning session.

The institution emphasised that artificial intelligence is embedded into the curriculum from the first day rather than being introduced as an additional subject. Students use platforms including Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity to complete assignments ranging from profit and loss analysis of publicly listed companies to market strategy development and artificial intelligence readiness assessments for businesses. The classrooms have therefore been designed to support continuous collaboration and practical application of business concepts using the same technologies employed by modern organisations.

According to the institution, every campus facility has been created around the principle that students learn most effectively through active participation and practical implementation. The infrastructure has been developed to complement the curriculum by enabling students to acquire professional skills required in contemporary business environments.

Students also gain practical exposure to leading business and artificial intelligence platforms while earning more than ten industry certifications from Google, HubSpot, Microsoft, and other organisations. The programme focuses on developing technological competence, problem-solving ability, business decision-making skills, and value creation for future workplaces.

Piyush Nangru, Founder of Stride School of Business, said the institution chose not to integrate artificial intelligence into a traditional educational model but instead redesigned the entire business education experience around practical work. He stated that every campus space has been created to support the activities students will perform throughout their careers, including creating business solutions, presenting ideas, and delivering measurable outcomes. According to him, graduates will leave the institution with practical work portfolios rather than relying solely on academic transcripts.

Stride School of Business is India's first AI-native business school offering a three-year, on-campus undergraduate Management Program in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science through partner campuses located in Ghaziabad, Bangalore, and Jaipur. The programme combines business education with practical learning, internships, industry certifications, and applied artificial intelligence training to prepare students for the evolving employment landscape. The institution stated that all three partner campuses are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, while Jagannath University, Jaipur, is additionally recognised by the University Grants Commission and has been awarded a National Assessment and Accreditation Council Grade A accreditation. Stride School of Business operates as an initiative of SET Education Technology Private Limited.

The launch of the AI-native campus represents a significant shift in business education by integrating infrastructure, curriculum, and artificial intelligence into a unified learning environment designed to prepare students for the demands of rapidly evolving global industries.
