Truecaller has partnered with Route Mobile, a Proximus Global company, to expand its Business Messaging platform worldwide. The collaboration will enable enterprises to deliver secure, trusted, and interactive customer communication, reaching more than 500 million monthly active users with rich media messaging and advanced engagement features.
Under the partnership, Route Mobile will provide enterprises with access to Truecaller Business Messaging, enabling businesses to deliver secure, reliable, and trusted communication at scale. The initiative is designed to enhance customer interactions by combining Route Mobile's cloud communications infrastructure with Truecaller's advanced business messaging capabilities.
