Uttar Pradesh Emerges as Global Investment Magnet as Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath Courts Investors at Jewar Electronics Manufacturing Event

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath invited global investors at the Jewar electronics manufacturing plant event, highlighting a 75,000-acre land bank, sector-specific policies, single-window clearance, and major investments by Amber Group and Ascent-K Circuits. He emphasized Uttar Pradesh’s industrial growth, MSME strength, and leadership in mobile and electronics manufacturing.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Saturday extended a strong invitation to domestic and international investors, asserting that Uttar Pradesh has transformed into a premier investment destination backed by a 75,000-acre land bank, sector-specific policies, timely incentives, and a fully operational single-window clearance system.

He was addressing the foundation stone laying ceremony of the Amber and Ascent-K Circuits electronics manufacturing plant in the Jewar region of Gautam Buddh Nagar, where he highlighted the state’s rapid industrial transformation and growing investor confidence.

Adityanath stated that western Uttar Pradesh’s Jewar region, which earlier faced an identity crisis, has undergone a complete transformation with significant improvements in law and order. He said Uttar Pradesh now actively welcomes investors from across India and the world, supported by a vast 75,000-acre land bank.

The Chief Minister emphasized that the state has developed policies for 36 different sectors, enabling investors to select suitable industries while ensuring full government support. He further asserted that incentives are being delivered on time and approvals are facilitated through a single-window system, eliminating procedural delays and administrative bottlenecks.

Union ministers, including Ashwini Vaishnaw and Bhupendra Yadav, along with Uttar Pradesh Industrial Development and Export Promotion Minister Nand Gopal Gupta, Jewar Member of Legislative Assembly Dhirendra Singh, and several senior officials, were present at the event.

Adityanath stated that the objective is to manufacture in India the products currently being imported and to expand India’s role as a global exporter of electronic components. He emphasized that India must evolve into a global hub for electronics manufacturing.

He further highlighted that Uttar Pradesh has already emerged as the micro, small, and medium enterprise hub of India, with more than 9.6 million registered units.

The Chief Minister added that the state has also become a leading mobile phone manufacturing hub, producing approximately 55 percent of India’s mobile phones and 55 to 60 percent of electronic components in the Noida and Greater Noida region.

He reiterated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of a developed, prosperous, and self-reliant India by 2047 is already taking shape in Uttar Pradesh, particularly in Gautam Buddh Nagar, which is rapidly evolving as a major industrial growth corridor.
