TATA Starbucks Unveils Revamped Starbucks Rewards Program with New Reserve Tier and Enhanced Customer Benefits

TATA Starbucks has launched its reimagined Starbucks Rewards program with Green, Gold and the new Reserve tier, offering faster Star earnings, lower redemption thresholds, personalized rewards, exclusive experiences and premium benefits. The loyalty initiative aims to strengthen customer engagement across its more than 506 stores in 81 Indian cities.

TATA Starbucks has announced the launch of its reimagined Starbucks Rewards program, introducing a redesigned loyalty structure featuring Green, Gold and the newly launched Reserve tier. The enhanced program has been developed to provide members with greater value through faster reward accumulation, easier redemption and access to a broader range of exclusive benefits and experiences as they progress through different membership levels.

The redesigned Starbucks Rewards program introduces three distinct membership tiers. Green serves as the entry-level tier, enabling members to earn Starbucks Rewards more quickly while allowing them to redeem rewards of their choice. Customers can advance to the Gold tier by accumulating 1,000 Stars within one year of joining the program. The newly introduced Reserve tier is reserved for customers who accumulate more than 5,000 Stars within one year of joining. Reserve members will receive a sleek black personalized membership card featuring their name and the year they first joined the loyalty program.

Under the revamped rewards structure, members will earn one Star for every Rs. 10 spent. Gold members will receive 1.2 times the standard Star earnings, while Reserve members will earn 1.3 times the standard Stars for every Rs. 10 spent, allowing loyal customers to unlock rewards more rapidly.

The company has also reduced redemption thresholds, making rewards more accessible and enabling members to enjoy benefits sooner. Customers across all membership levels will receive a range of benefits, including personalized offers, birthday rewards, milestone celebrations, Double Stars Days and exclusive member-only offers, ensuring that every visit delivers added value.
