Ram Temple Donation Theft Case: Two Ram Janmabhoomi Trust Members Resign as All Eight Accused Arrested

The alleged Ram Temple donation theft case has taken a significant turn as Ram Janmabhoomi Trust General Secretary Champat Rai and Trust member Anil Mishra resigned following directions from the Vishva Hindu Parishad. Police have arrested all eight accused, while the Ayodhya Police Special Investigation Team continues its investigation with more arrests likely.

 

In a major development in the alleged Ram Temple donation theft case, two members of the Ram Janmabhoomi Trust have resigned from their positions. Trust General Secretary Champat Rai submitted his resignation, while Trust member Anil Mishra also stepped down. According to the information available, both resignations were tendered following directions from the Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP).

The investigation into the alleged theft of donation funds at the Ram Temple has intensified, with police taking five more individuals into custody. With the latest action, all eight accused in the case have now been arrested.

The arrested accused have been identified as Lavkush Mishra, Subhash Srivastava, Tinnu Yadav, Ramashankar Mishra, Avinash Shukla, Karunesh Pandey, Manish Yadav, and Anukalp Mishra.

Sources indicate that additional arrests are likely as the investigation progresses. The Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the Ayodhya Police has received reports related to the case and is continuing its inquiry.

All eight accused are scheduled to be produced before the court at 2:00 p.m. as legal proceedings move forward.
