Tiger Shroff Shooting Case: Emraan Hashmi Was Also on Hit List, Probe Reveals
The Mumbai Crime Branch probe into the Tiger Shroff shooting case has uncovered an alleged plan involving Emraan Hashmi and reconnaissance of Salman Khan and Aamir Khan’s residences, while investigators examine Pranjal’s alleged links to the Bishnoi gang.
According to sources in the Crime Branch, the accused had been assigned the task of locating Emraan Hashmi’s residence before Tiger Shroff was targeted. However, they were unable to find Hashmi’s house, preventing them from carrying out the planned attack. Police are now investigating whether the accused subsequently shifted their focus to another target.
Investigators have also received information that the accused surveyed the residences of Salman Khan and Aamir Khan. The Crime Branch is examining the precise purpose behind these visits and whether any concrete plans had been made to target the two actors.
The investigation has also focused on the alleged links between accused Pranjal and the Bishnoi gang. According to Crime Branch sources, the gang helped Pranjal win a student organisation election in Haryana. It is alleged that Pranjal moved closer to the gang after being elected president of the student organisation and was subsequently entrusted with coordination responsibilities.
The investigation is continuing to examine the alleged targeting of Bollywood actors, the reconnaissance of their residences and the suspected connections between Pranjal and the Bishnoi gang. The findings have raised further questions about the alleged plans involving multiple film industry personalities and the security risks surrounding them.
