ET Money Launches Global Investing Platform, Enabling Indian Investors to Access International Markets Within a Single Investment Ecosystem
ET Money has launched its Global Investing platform, allowing Indian investors to access United States stocks, international exchange-traded funds, global mutual funds, and professionally managed portfolios within a single investment ecosystem. Powered by Vested Finance, the offering simplifies international diversification while integrating global investments with existing long-term wealth products.
The newly introduced Global Investing solution provides Indian investors with multiple avenues to invest across global markets, including individual United States stocks, international exchange-traded funds, global mutual funds, and professionally managed global portfolios. The global investing infrastructure powering the service has been developed in partnership with Vested Finance.
The launch comes at a time when Indian investors are increasingly focused on building diversified, long-term investment portfolios. After embracing diversification across different asset classes, investors are now seeking exposure beyond the domestic market to access global businesses, reduce concentration risk, and create more resilient investment portfolios.
Despite the growing demand for international investment opportunities, investors have continued to face challenges in accessing global markets. Fresh investments into international mutual funds offered by Indian asset management companies have remained subject to the Reserve Bank of India’s overseas investment limits. As these industry-wide limits have periodically been approached, subscriptions have opened and closed intermittently, creating uncertainty for investors.
The alternative has often required investors to begin a separate investment journey through another platform, forcing them to manage and monitor international investments independently from their existing long-term portfolios. This fragmented approach has made global investing less convenient for many investors.
ET Money’s latest offering aims to eliminate these barriers by integrating global investing directly into its existing investment ecosystem. Investors can now access international markets alongside mutual funds, fixed deposits, bonds, the National Pension System, and other long-term investment products without leaving the platform.
Through the new service, investors can purchase individual United States stocks, diversify their portfolios across countries, sectors, and investment themes using international exchange-traded funds, invest through systematic investment plans or lump-sum contributions in global mutual funds managed by some of the world’s leading asset managers, and select professionally managed global portfolios for a guided investment experience.
Commenting on the launch, Mukesh Kalra, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ET Money, said that Indian investors have evolved considerably in recent years, with the focus shifting from selecting individual investments to building well-diversified long-term portfolios. He stated that an increasing number of investors are now looking beyond India to strengthen their portfolios and that the Global Investing offering has been introduced to simplify that transition. He added that whether investors want exposure to individual global companies, exchange-traded funds, leading global fund managers, or professionally managed portfolios, they can now access all these investment options within the same trusted long-term investing experience.
Viram Shah, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vested Finance, said that global investing in India is rapidly moving from being a niche investment strategy to becoming a standard component of long-term wealth creation. He noted that ET Money has one of the country’s largest and most engaged mutual fund investor communities, making it an ideal platform for expanding access to global investments. He added that users can now invest in United States stocks, managed portfolios, and global funds structured under the Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities framework and managed by leading international asset managers, all within a single platform. According to Shah, investors already familiar with mutual funds will find global funds to be the most natural pathway for international diversification.
To mark the launch, ET Money has introduced a limited-period Go Global Offer, allowing investors to invest in global markets with zero brokerage charges until August 15, 2026.
ET Money, a company under the 360 ONE WAM group, is positioned as one of India’s leading full-stack wealth platforms, bringing together investment products including mutual funds, stock portfolios, fixed deposits, bonds, insurance, and pension solutions through paperless digital processes. The platform also offers research-driven investment tools such as the ET Money Fund Report Card, Fund Verdicts, Portfolio Health Check, and Multi-Asset Allocation Strategies to support informed investment decisions. With the addition of Global Investing, ET Money has further strengthened its long-term vision of helping Indian investors build diversified wealth portfolios with greater ease, clarity, and confidence while expanding access to global financial markets.
