A 21-year-old woman who was injured during police action at the Cockroach Janta Party's (CJP) protest in Delhi on Monday has been taken off ventilator support and is showing signs of recovery, according to a health bulletin issued by Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital.

Sources stated that the woman suffered injuries after colliding with a barricade during the police action against protesters at Jantar Mantar.

Delhi Police said that more than 118 police personnel and around 60 protesters were injured during the clashes. The police also reported that more than 20 police vehicles were damaged during the confrontation.

Union Health Minister JP Nadda visited Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital and Lady Hardinge Hospital on Tuesday. During his visits, he met injured protesters, reviewed their health conditions, and held discussions with doctors at Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital regarding their treatment.
