Massive Python Stuns Visitors After Crossing Walking Path at Hyderabad’s KBR National Park

A massive 12 to 20 feet long python crossed a walking path at Hyderabad’s KBR National Park, attracting visitors and online attention. The incident highlighted the park’s rich biodiversity, presence of protected species, safety awareness among visitors, and concerns over construction threats to wildlife habitats.

A massive python estimated to be between 12 and 20 feet long created a rare wildlife spectacle at Hyderabad’s KBR National Park on Saturday after it crossed a walking path inside the sprawling urban forest area. The sighting attracted attention from visitors, who watched the giant reptile calmly move through the area before returning to the greenery.

The 390-acre KBR National Park, known as an urban ecological haven, is home to a variety of wildlife, including numerous bird species, deer, and protected animals such as the Indian Rock Python. The appearance of the large python highlighted the park’s rich biodiversity and the presence of wildlife within the city landscape.

Visitors recorded videos of the python’s movement and shared the clips, which quickly drew reactions and jokes about the reptile’s enormous size. Authorities reported that no person was injured during the incident and that no rescue operation was required, as the python safely moved back into its natural surroundings.

Wildlife advocates urged visitors to maintain a safe distance from animals and avoid disturbing them during such encounters. They also used the incident to highlight concerns over construction activities near the park and the potential threats these developments pose to natural habitats and wildlife protection efforts.
