Crietor Group has launched The Skye – Private Residences for Visionaries in Calicut at Kashmir Kunnu. The luxury development features 62 villas, premium amenities, Lamborghini showcase, and a visionary living concept spread across 10 acres with pricing starting from INR 2.6 crore and a total project value of INR 250 crore.

Crietor Group, a purpose-driven investment holding company with diversified interests in real estate and retail, has unveiled its latest flagship residential development, The Skye – Private Residences for Visionaries, in Calicut, Kerala. The Group, guided by its philosophy “Going, growing and glowing together,” continues to focus on creating environments that move beyond transactional value to foster aspiration, growth, and elevated living experiences.

The launch event was held at Kashmir Kunnu, Calicut, and witnessed participation from more than 300 individuals from diverse professional backgrounds. O. Asher, Managing Director of India Operations at Malabar Gold and Diamonds, formally unveiled the project in the presence of Iflu Rahman, Founder and Managing Director of Crietor Group. Ms. Reshmi Bhatt, Munees Mustafa, and Ajnas C V, Executive Directors of Crietor Group, were also present at the occasion.

The event was marked by a strategic collaboration with Lamborghini, which showcased its luxury performance vehicles, the Lamborghini Urus and Lamborghini Temerario, reinforcing the development’s positioning around aspiration, innovation, and high-performance living.

Speaking at the launch, Iflu Rahman stated that a home plays a critical role in shaping a visionary’s potential. He emphasized that the right environment enables clarity of thought and enhanced creativity, citing global figures such as Steve Jobs and Bill Gates who chose serene and intentional living spaces. He added that The Skye represents a space designed to help visionaries “fly,” where environment and ambition converge.

The Skye is positioned as one of India’s first intent-based residential developments for visionaries. Located at Kashmir Kunnu, a rare tabletop terrain overlooking mist-laden valleys, the project is situated approximately 12 minutes from the city centre, offering both natural seclusion and urban connectivity.

Spread across 10 acres, the development comprises 62 private luxury residences. Individual land parcels range from 7 to 12 cents, while built-up areas span from 3,200 square feet to 5,700 square feet. The project is priced starting at INR 2.6 crore onwards, excluding GST and statutory charges, with an overall project valuation of approximately INR 250 crore.

Derriel John, Chief Operating Officer of Crietor Realty, described the project as a futuristic development defined by rare geography, architectural design, and curated amenities. He stated that it represents an investment in a living environment that continues to appreciate in value due to its uniqueness and long-term relevance.

The development features a 22,000 square foot clubhouse and penthouse facility, along with premium amenities including a 20-metre swimming pool, a 150-seat conference hall, a putting mini golf course, a pickleball court, a 1.5 kilometre cycling and jogging track, a valley-view deck, and a functional helipad.

Connectivity has been carefully designed with a 600-metre direct access road from a 7-metre-wide highway, leading into 9-metre-wide internal roads that ensure seamless movement within the community. The architectural design integrates built spaces with the surrounding natural landscape, enabling continuous interaction between residents and the environment.

Ms. Dadu Iflu, Executive Director of Crietor Group, highlighted that The Skye has already positioned itself as a meeting point for visionaries. She announced Shriya Saran as the brand ambassador of the project, known for her association with leading brands including Pantene, Lux, Coca-Cola, and Colgate. Additionally, Zeba Tommy, known for the track “Queen of the Night” from Lokah, has composed the official anthem for The Skye.

The project concludes its vision with the positioning statement that “The Skye is the limit,” presenting the development as a curated ecosystem for individuals seeking elevated lifestyles and expanded horizons.
