Dawood Ibrahim Aide and Drug Trafficker Mohammad Salim Dola Deported to India in Major Anti-Narcotics Operation

India secures the deportation of Mohammad Salim Dola, a close aide of Dawood Ibrahim, from Turkey in a major anti-narcotics breakthrough led by the Narcotics Control Bureau, highlighting global cooperation against drug cartels and the government’s intensified crackdown on transnational crime networks.

In a significant breakthrough in India’s ongoing crackdown on international drug networks, a close aide of Dawood Ibrahim and notorious drug trafficker Mohammad Salim Dola was brought back to India early this morning following a coordinated international operation.

The deportation was executed through a joint effort by Indian intelligence agencies in collaboration with global enforcement partners. According to official sources, the operation reflects a growing transnational cooperation framework aimed at dismantling organized crime syndicates operating across borders.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah confirmed the development, stating that the Narcotics Control Bureau secured a major success in ensuring the return of Salim Dola from Turkey. In a social media statement, Shah emphasized that the government remains committed to its mission of decisively eliminating drug cartels.

He further stated that India’s anti-narcotics agencies have expanded their operational reach beyond national borders through a strong and coordinated global network. Stressing the government’s zero-tolerance approach, he added that drug kingpins will find no safe haven regardless of where they attempt to conceal themselves.
