A fatal accident on Bijnor’s Chandpur bypass road left one motorcyclist dead and two others seriously injured after a speeding car crashed into their bike. Police have registered a case and launched an investigation into the high-impact collision, highlighting ongoing concerns about road safety in the region.

A devastating collision on the Chandpur bypass road in Uttar Pradesh’s Bijnor district claimed one life and left two others critically injured on Tuesday. The late-night crash unfolded when a speeding car struck a motorcycle carrying three young men, sending all of them airborne in the violent impact.

According to police, the intensity of the collision was so severe that the riders were hurled several feet above the vehicle before crashing back onto the road. One of the victims died at the scene, while the remaining two sustained serious injuries and were rushed to a nearby hospital for emergency treatment.

Officers from the Chandpur police station arrived promptly, secured the accident site, and initiated preliminary inquiries. A case has been registered, and an investigation is underway to determine the exact sequence of events and whether speeding or negligence contributed to the tragedy.

The incident has once again drawn attention to the growing concerns around road safety and the rising number of fatal accidents on regional highways. Authorities are expected to review surveillance footage and eyewitness accounts as part of the ongoing probe.
