Bricks & Milestones Launches Solcrest Residential Project Off Hennur Road

Bricks & Milestones launches Solcrest off Hennur Road in North Bengaluru, featuring 796 homes across 9.3 acres, 180-degree balconies, 90% open space and prices starting at Rs. 1.48 crore.

Bricks & Milestones, the Bengaluru-based real estate developer, has announced the launch of Solcrest, a residential project off Hennur Road in North Bengaluru. Spread across 9.3 acres, the development will comprise 796 homes in 2, 3, 3.5 and 4 BHK configurations, with 2 BHK units starting at 1,332 sq ft. Prices start at Rs. 1.48 crore.

The project is registered under Karnataka RERA registration number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/151225/008336, with possession scheduled for November 2030. About 90% of the site is being retained as open and landscaped area.

Solcrest is planned with four homes per floor across six towers, each rising 34 floors. Every home is oriented east or west and features balconies wrapping 180 degrees around the unit. According to the developer, the layout gives each apartment two exposed faces, supports cross-ventilation through the depth of the home and ensures that no home shares a corridor with more than three neighbours.

The orientation and floor-plate layout are fixed at the drawing stage and, unlike fittings or finishes, cannot be revised, substituted or downgraded later.

“At Solcrest, we're not just building homes - we're crafting a sanctuary that nurtures body, mind and soul. We've drawn inspiration from the earthy tones of the region, infusing the architecture with a sense of warmth and belonging. With expansive open spaces and a low-density layout, we've ensured that every home enjoys ample natural light, gentle breezes and unobstructed views,” said Kiran V., Founder and CEO of Bricks and Milestones, while speaking about the larger vision and execution of Solcrest as a haven for its residents.

The project is located off Hennur Road, 20 minutes from Manyata Tech Park and 24 km from Kempegowda International Airport. East Point Hospital, Orchids International School and Bharatiya Mall of Bengaluru are within 8 km of the site. Two lakes are located on either side of the property within a 1 km radius.

Solcrest has been envisioned around light, air and green space rather than a checklist of specifications. The development is designed so that residents can begin their mornings with sunlight entering their homes and spend evenings in landscaped courtyards instead of concrete expanses.

The homes have also been designed with the Sun in mind, offering views of sunrises or sunsets as part of the everyday living experience. The 180-degree balconies are intended to provide ample light and ventilation while also offering enough space to function as a private gym, mini library or outdoor coffee nook.

Shared facilities at Solcrest include a 30,000 sq ft clubhouse, swimming pool, indoor game rooms, co-working areas and space for a bistro café, along with landscaped courtyards and open lawns. These facilities are positioned within the retained landscape rather than on cleared ground.

More information is available at Bricks & Milestones’ Solcrest website.
