The award was presented by the Honourable Governor of Tamil Nadu, Shri Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar, in recognition of Propshell’s growth and journey in the plotted real estate segment.
Founded in 2007, Propshell has expanded its project portfolio over the years while building relationships with customers, landowners and channel partners. The company’s journey spans nearly two decades of entrepreneurship, with a focus on expanding land ownership opportunities and strengthening its presence in the real estate market.
