Crizac Launches Partner Growth Program to Boost Counsellor Marketing and Training

Crizac Limited has launched its Partner Growth Program for 17,400+ counselling partners across 85+ countries, offering marketing content, discounted certifications and branding support, with additional tools and benefits planned.

Crizac Limited, an AI-native student mobility platform partnering with international universities and education counsellors globally, has launched the Partner Growth Program (PGP), an initiative designed to help counselling partners strengthen their businesses through marketing support, professional training, certification and branding tools.

Developed specifically for small and medium-sized counselling businesses, PGP provides ready-to-use marketing content, structured counsellor training and certification, and professional branding under partners’ own names. The services are accessible through their existing Crizac login. The program is open to Crizac’s network of more than 17,400 registered counselling partners across over 85 countries.

Addressing the Business Challenges Faced by Counsellors

Counselling partners spend much of their time guiding students, managing applications and handling regular follow-ups. These responsibilities often leave them with limited time to focus consistently on marketing and branding, potentially restricting their ability to generate new leads and expand their businesses.

Counsellors must also keep pace with changing destination policies, admissions processes and industry developments. Finding sufficient time and resources for regular training and certification can be another challenge.

Crizac believes the strength of its platform depends on the counselling partners it works with and that supporting their growth is part of its role. The Partner Growth Program aims to translate this approach into practical support for partners.

“Students trust their counsellor before they trust any university or any platform. That trust is earned one conversation at a time, and it is the most valuable thing in our industry,” said Dr Vikash Agarwal, Managing Director, Crizac Limited.

“Yet the counselling partners that earn it often have the least time and support to grow. A platform should grow with the partners that trust it, and PGP is our commitment to doing exactly that. When counselling partners grow stronger, students get better advice, and the whole system works better,” he added.

Marketing and Certification Support Under PGP

Through its Marketing Studio, Crizac provides partners with ready-to-post content designed by the company and branded with their own names and contact details. The offering is intended to help small counselling businesses maintain an active presence across their channels and present a professional image comparable to that of larger businesses, at no cost.

The program also enables counsellors to earn Crizac-issued counselling certifications covering different study destinations at substantial discounts. Each certification is designed to build a substantial understanding of a particular country, covering the process from applications and visas to loans and other related aspects. This knowledge is intended to help partners guide students and their families through each step with greater clarity.

Together, the marketing and training offerings are designed to reduce the time counsellors spend managing promotional activities and training logistics, allowing them to devote more time to counselling students.

Crizac Highlights the Role of AI in Student Counselling

Dishant Kharbanda, Chief Innovation Officer, Crizac Limited, and author of Hacked by History: Seven secrets of Dominating the age of AI, highlighted how artificial intelligence is changing students’ expectations and the role of counsellors.

“AI will not replace the counsellor. It will separate the counsellors who use it from those who do not,” Kharbanda said.

“Students now arrive having already asked an AI where to study, what it will cost, and whether they will get a visa. A counsellor's value no longer lies in holding information. It lies in judgment, empathy, and accountability. We are building tools that handle the routine work for our partners, so they can spend more time on what only a human can do,” he added.

More Features and Benefits Planned for the Program

Crizac described the launch as the first stage of PGP rather than the full extent of the initiative. The company intends to continue introducing additional tools, training and benefits, with future developments shaped by feedback from its partners.

According to the company, each addition will be assessed against whether it helps counsellors earn families’ trust, serve students more effectively or operate stronger businesses. Partners who sign in to the platform today will receive early access to new features.

Existing Crizac partners can access PGP through https://pgp.crizac.ai/ using their current partner accounts. Counselling partners who are new to Crizac can register through the same link.
