AET Summit Unveils India’s Most Iconic Workplaces 2026–27, Ceremony Set for Mumbai
AET Summit by Adentech unveils India’s Most Iconic Workplaces 2026–27, with a research-led evaluation and a felicitation ceremony scheduled for 16 December at Taj Santacruz, Mumbai, exploring culture, leadership and AI.
AET Summit, Adentech’s events and recognition platform, has positioned the initiative around a central conviction: iconic status must be earned rather than claimed. Each honoured workplace is identified through independent market research conducted by one of India’s foremost research and insights agencies. The nationwide study evaluates workplaces against ten published parameters, including culture, wellbeing, retention, leadership, learning, inclusion and employee voice.
The felicitation ceremony will take place on Wednesday, 16 December 2026, at Taj Santacruz, Mumbai. The event will bring together the CHROs, CEOs and founders of the honoured workplaces for a programme examining the relationship between people practices, organisational growth and workplace excellence.
The programme will feature a data-led keynote on the anatomy of an iconic workplace, a leadership panel examining culture as a driver of growth, a fireside dialogue on artificial intelligence entering the modern organisational structure, and a walkthrough of the evaluation methodology. Each honoured workplace will subsequently be felicitated on stage.
Announcing the initiative, Snehas Ajgaonkar, Founder & CEO, Adentech, said, “Most organisations describe themselves as people-first; only a handful can demonstrate it — in who stays, who rises, and in how their employees speak about work when no one is watching. India’s Most Iconic Workplaces was created to identify such workplaces through research and celebrate them in the company of their peers. December in Mumbai will be their moment, and we are delighted to host it.”
The 2026–27 edition will examine how workplace culture translates into measurable business growth and how artificial intelligence is reshaping work, skills and the human resources function as intelligent agents become part of the workforce. It will also present insights from the nationwide evaluation to explore the characteristics of an iconic workplace and examine how everyday workplace credibility influences employee retention and employee voice.
With the introduction of India’s Most Iconic Workplaces, AET Summit by Adentech is expanding its recognition portfolio beyond brands into workplace excellence. The platform, which already features Brands that India Trusts, is extending its focus to organisations recognised for their workplace practices. Its portfolio also includes Most Trusted Workplaces of India.
The cohort of honoured workplaces for the 2026–27 edition will be revealed at the ceremony on 16 December 2026. Further details about the platform are available at www.aetsummit.com.
