Union Home Minister Amit Shah has said that the Central Government has transformed India into a digital nation by expanding digital connectivity, strengthening digital governance, and improving access to public services. Marking the completion of 11 years of the Digital India initiative, the Minister said the country has recorded remarkable progress in internet connectivity, digital infrastructure, and technology-driven governance.

In a post on social media, Amit Shah stated that more than 103 crore people are now connected to the internet, reflecting the rapid expansion of digital access across the country.
