Video Shows Group Praying in Train Aisle as Man Holds Bat-Like Object

The footage captures the group performing Namaz in the train aisle, obstructing the passage between the seats. A man identified as Matin Sheikh is seen holding a bat-like object during the incident.

Social media users described the obstruction as a safety risk, particularly for families and senior citizens, and urged the railway police and the Rail Ministry to investigate the footage and enforce rules prohibiting the obstruction of train passages.

Similar incidents have been reported in the past. One such case on the Satyagraha Express had prompted probes, although no official response has yet been issued regarding the latest footage.

The video has therefore renewed calls for authorities to examine the incident and determine whether any railway rules were violated, particularly those concerning the obstruction of passenger walkways and onboard safety.
