profine India Window Technology Pvt. Ltd., the Indian subsidiary of Germany-based profine GmbH, has announced a major leadership transition effective June 1, 2026. Farid Khan has been elevated to Chairman cum Managing Director, while Kamal Bajaj takes over as Chief Executive Officer, marking a significant step in the company's growth, governance, and international expansion strategy.
Under the new leadership structure, Farid Khan, who has served as Chief Executive Officer of profine India since the company's inception, has been elevated to the position of Chairman cum Managing Director (CMD). In his new role, Khan will focus on shaping the company's long-term strategic direction, strengthening group-wide governance, and driving profine's international expansion across South Asia, the Middle East, and other non-European Union markets. He will continue to oversee responsibilities he already holds as Managing Director of profine Middle East and Head of the group's global non-European Union Aluminium Business.
Succeeding Khan as Chief Executive Officer is Kamal Bajaj, who previously served as Chief Procurement Officer and Business Head – Aluminium at profine India. Recognized for his extensive operational expertise and deep understanding of the Indian market, Bajaj is expected to lead the company through its next phase of growth and transformation.
