According to reports, both children accidentally fell into the open well while playing. With no protective structure around the well, the fall proved fatal, and both children drowned in the water.
Family members, with the assistance of local residents, managed to retrieve the children from the well and rushed them to the Community Health Center hospital in Tambesra. However, the medical team at the facility declared both children deceased upon arrival.
Following a report filed by the family, police have initiated further action in connection with the incident.
