The visit strengthens India’s bid for the global championship.

A high-level meeting was convened at Varsha Bungalow, the official residence and office of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis in Mumbai, during the inspection visit of the World Armwrestling Federation for the World Armwrestling and Para Armwrestling Championships 2026, scheduled to be held in India from October 26 to November 7, 2026.
