Construction projects typically involve multiple stakeholders, including Developers, Architects, Consultants, Project Management Consultants (PMCs), Contractors, Suppliers and large internal teams. BcStep brings organisations, employees, support staff and vendors onto a unified digital ecosystem where chats, emails, tasks, workflows and Digital ERP processes can be tracked and coordinated through a single connected network.
The platform combines ERP, HRM, Chat, Email and Task Manager into one connected ecosystem. It is designed to enable better communication and management while tracking and recording activities on one connected platform. By bringing these functions together, BcStep aims to eliminate fragmentation across multiple software systems and support project coordination and continuity among stakeholders.
BcStep has been developed to improve efficiency in several areas, including the time spent searching across emails, chats and different systems, manual follow-ups and status tracking, administrative effort involved in coordinating meetings, tasks and communication, and dependence on individuals to retain project history and knowledge. The platform also supports activity-wise and category-wise task status tracking within offices and overall project progress tracking for stakeholders.
The launch follows approximately five years of continuous product development, covering technology changes, product testing, architecture development and the creation and integration of individual applications. BcStep is entering the market with a pan-India focus, enabling construction organisations across India to participate in the BON ecosystem.
The platform is being developed as an evolving construction operating ecosystem, with a roadmap focused on further expansion of features and updates in areas including Site Management, Invoice Management, Contract Management and Material Management. Its AI capabilities are also set to expand through the Mr. Bon AI Assistant.
