Former Congress MLA Rahul Bondre’s reported BJP entry in Mumbai has taken a dramatic turn after Rahul Gandhi reportedly spoke to him by phone, leaving uncertainty over his whereabouts and party switch.

The reported BJP entry of former Congress MLA Rahul Bondre has taken a dramatic turn just hours before his expected party switch. On Tuesday, as discussions were underway that Rahul Bondre would join the BJP in Mumbai, information emerged that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi had spoken to him over the phone.

Rahul Bondre is reportedly said to have become emotional following his conversation with Rahul Gandhi. After the phone call, however, there has been no clear information about Rahul Bondre’s whereabouts.

His mobile phone is also reportedly showing as “not reachable.” This has created uncertainty over whether the former Congress MLA will proceed with his reported entry into the BJP.

With only a few hours remaining before the reported party entry, the developments surrounding Rahul Bondre have therefore added uncertainty to his political plans.
