Quint Digital Limited posts a record Q1 FY2026–27 performance with Rs. 35 crore revenue, 336% YoY growth and Rs. 4.93 crore adjusted PBT, while expanding its Media-Tech, AI and Time Out ventures.

Quint Digital Limited (QDL), India’s leading listed digital media-tech company positioned at the intersection of media, technology, hospitality and AI, delivered its strongest-ever consolidated first-quarter performance in Q1 FY2026–27, with revenue from operations rising to Rs. 35 crore, representing a 336% year-on-year increase over Q1 FY2025–26.

During the quarter, QDL successfully repositioned itself as a global Media-Tech and AI-powered platform, expanding beyond digital publishing into high-growth physical retail, commerce and experiential ventures.

Following the successful launch of the media vertical of Time Out India, QDL is advancing towards the launch of India’s first Time Out Market in Aerocity, New Delhi. The market is targeted to open in early Q3 FY2026–27 and is expected to open before Diwali, marking a significant milestone in the company’s experiential media and hospitality growth strategy.

QDL reported an adjusted Profit Before Tax (PBT) of Rs. 4.93 crore for Q1 FY2026–27. The adjusted PBT is calculated after adjustment of interest cost and non-cash expenses, including depreciation and stock option charge. It also includes an adjustment for one-time pre-operating expenses of Rs. 1.04 crore related to the launch of Time Out Media and Time Out Markets.
