She stated that locations within a 60-minute radius of Mumbai are attracting attention not only for self-use but also as promising investment opportunities due to their strong appreciation potential. According to her, ORA Land has witnessed substantial demand for plotted developments and second homes in Karjat and nearby regions, particularly from Mumbai-based buyers seeking a quick escape from the city’s pollution.

Ram Naik, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Guardians Real Estate Advisory, said that the traditional definition of real estate value is undergoing a gradual transformation.
