Howrah reported 39.45 percent voting, while North 24 Parganas and Kolkata North recorded 38.43 percent and 38.39 percent respectively. South 24 Parganas stood at 37.92 percent, and Kolkata South reported the lowest among these regions at 36.78 percent.
Earlier in the day, voter turnout stood at 18.39 percent by 9:00 AM, reflecting a gradual but consistent increase as polling progressed. At that time, Purba Bardhaman again led with 20.86 percent turnout, followed by Hooghly at 20.16 percent and Nadia at 18.50 percent. Howrah recorded 17.76 percent voting, North 24 Parganas 17.81 percent, Kolkata North 17.28 percent, South 24 Parganas 17.25 percent, and Kolkata South 16.81 percent.
