District Magistrate Steps Out to Hear Citizens Directly During Public Grievance Forum in Chitrakoot

During a public grievance forum in Chitrakoot, the District Magistrate personally stepped out to hear citizens’ complaints and instructed officials to take immediate action. With support from the ADM (Finance & Revenue), the administration emphasized transparency, rapid response, and improved public service delivery.

In Chitrakoot, the district administration’s public grievance forum took on a more responsive tone as the District Magistrate (DM) left his chamber and engaged directly with residents waiting to present their concerns. The move signaled a hands-on approach to addressing long-pending issues and ensuring transparency in administrative processes.

Throughout the session, citizens outlined a range of grievances, which the DM listened to attentively before issuing immediate instructions to the concerned departments. Officials were directed to process complaints without delay and ensure that each case received prompt and appropriate action.

Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue) was also present during the proceedings, assisting in the swift assessment and redressal of grievances. The coordinated response from senior officials aimed to reassure residents that their concerns were being taken seriously and that the administration remained committed to timely resolutions.

The initiative underscored the district administration’s focus on strengthening public engagement and improving service delivery by establishing direct communication between officials and the community.
