Kushal Badrike Calls Out Atharva Sudame Over Missing Kande Pohe at His Home

Kushal Badrike's video criticising Pune-based influencer Atharva Sudame over an alleged kande pohe gathering went viral before being deleted. His remarks have sparked debate among fans over whether the complaint was genuine or part of a new project.

The cast of the popular Marathi comedy show Chala Hawa Yeu Dya continues to remain memorable among viewers. Actor Kushal Badrike, who became a household name through the programme and made audiences across Maharashtra laugh with his comic timing, is now in the spotlight over a video in which he complains about Pune-based social media influencer Atharva Sudame.

Badrike, who recently appeared in the film Mamachya Govyala Jauya, is also active on social media, where he regularly shares amusing anecdotes with his followers. However, his latest video has attracted considerable attention after he expressed displeasure with Sudame over an alleged incident involving a traditional kande pohe gathering.

In the video, Badrike accused Sudame of inviting several artistes to his home for a kande pohe programme but failing to serve them the promised dish. The video went viral shortly after it was posted on Badrike's social media account. However, the actor later deleted it from his handle.

Explaining his complaint, Badrike said that Sudame had invited the artistes to his home for the gathering. According to the actor, everyone attended enthusiastically, expecting to enjoy kande pohe, but none of them was served the dish. Badrike also objected to what he described as an insult to people who had accepted the invitation and attended the event.

In the video, Badrike addressed Sudame directly and described the incident as an unpleasant experience. He said, "Hello, I am making this video because, in all these years, I have never had such a bad experience. For the first time, I had an experience like this. Atharva Sudame, who is a content creator, invited all the artistes to his home and said that he was hosting a kande pohe gathering. We all went, but he did not serve kande pohe to even one person. We had all gone enthusiastically, thinking, 'Come on, let's eat Sudame's kande pohe,' but not one of us got any."

Continuing his criticism, Badrike said that while making fun of people in videos was one thing, inviting them home and then insulting them was something he could not accept. He added, "You insult people in videos, and that is fine up to a point. But insulting people after inviting them over is something I do not agree with. Atharva, I object to this. The other artistes will react in their own ways, but I did not like this. Sorry."

Badrike's remarks about the alleged kande pohe incident quickly became a topic of discussion on social media. His decision to delete the video after it went viral further fuelled speculation among followers.

The central question among fans is whether Badrike was genuinely upset with Sudame over the incident or whether the video was part of a new project. However, the available account does not establish whether the complaint was genuine or connected to any upcoming project.

The episode has drawn attention to the interaction between the Marathi entertainment industry's artistes and social media creators, with Badrike's now-deleted video continuing to generate discussion about the circumstances behind the kande pohe gathering.
