BJP Launches State-Wide Outreach Campaign in Gujarat to Mark Twelve Years of Narendra Modi Government
The Bharatiya Janata Party will launch a massive state-wide outreach campaign in Gujarat from June 5 to June 21 to mark twelve years of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government. The programme will feature public welfare activities, environmental drives, organic farming awareness campaigns, plantation initiatives, and direct interaction with citizens across fifty thousand polling booths.
Announcing the programme, Gujarat BJP Chief Spokesperson Dr Anil Patel said the campaign will revolve around the central theme of twelve years of continuous development, public trust, and welfare-oriented governance. He stated that the party would follow the direct public report card model established by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, under which party leaders and workers will directly engage with citizens and present a transparent account of the central government’s major achievements and development initiatives over the past decade.
The statewide public contact campaign will commence on June 5, observed globally as World Environment Day, and conclude on June 21, recognised internationally as the International Day of Yoga. During the fortnight-long programme, the ruling party will organise multiple activities, including cleanliness campaigns, specialised public welfare camps, and structured conferences under the developed India initiative.
As part of the outreach effort, party representatives will also interact with influential citizens and prominent individuals from different sectors of society to gather public feedback and strengthen wider community participation.
Environmental awareness and rural development have been placed at the centre of the campaign strategy. The party will conduct dedicated awareness drives promoting organic and natural farming practices among farming communities across Gujarat. In addition, a large-scale plantation campaign will be organised at fifty thousand polling booths throughout the state. Under the nationwide “One Tree in Mother’s Name” initiative, party workers and local citizens will participate in tree plantation activities aimed at promoting environmental responsibility alongside the celebration of governance achievements.
The campaign is being projected as one of the BJP’s largest coordinated public engagement programmes in Gujarat, combining political outreach with environmental awareness, rural development, and welfare-focused initiatives while showcasing the central government’s achievements over the last twelve years.
