BoAt Introduces India’s First Smartwatch Series with USB Type-C Charging, Launches Storm Call 4 and Ultima Vogue 2
BoAt has launched India’s first smartwatch series with USB Type-C charging, featuring Storm Call 4 and Ultima Vogue 2. The watches eliminate the need for separate chargers and offer advanced health tracking, Bluetooth calling, AMOLED/HD displays, long battery life, IP68 rating, and competitive pricing starting at Rs 1,599.
With this innovation, users can directly charge their smartwatches using standard USB Type-C cables from smartphones, laptops, tablets, or power banks, streamlining the charging experience across devices.
The BoAt Storm Call 4 has been designed for everyday usage and comes equipped with a 1.96-inch HD display offering 500 nits of brightness. The smartwatch promises a battery life ranging between seven and twelve days on a single full charge. It supports Bluetooth calling, enabling users to make and receive calls directly from the watch. The device also integrates multiple health tracking features, including heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen saturation tracking, sleep monitoring, and stress tracking. Additional features include female wellness tracking, emergency SOS support, and more than 100 sports modes. The smartwatch also carries an IP68 rating, ensuring resistance to dust and water exposure.
The BoAt Ultima Vogue 2 features a 1.96-inch AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 1000 nits, offering improved visual clarity and brightness performance. It delivers up to ten days of battery backup on a full charge. The smartwatch supports advanced Bluetooth calling functionality and includes comprehensive health and safety features such as heart rate tracking, blood oxygen monitoring, sleep and stress tracking, emergency SOS, and female wellness features. Like the Storm Call 4, it also supports over 100 sports modes and comes with an IP68 durability rating.
In terms of pricing, the BoAt Storm Call 4 has been launched at Rs 1,599. Pre-booking for the device has begun on the company’s official platform from May 29, 2026, while sales will officially commence on June 12, 2026. The BoAt Ultima Vogue 2 has been priced at Rs 2,799.
The launch marks a notable shift in wearable convenience, positioning USB Type-C compatibility as a unified charging standard that could simplify device ecosystems for consumers across India.
