Following the court’s order, a five-member medical team from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in Delhi has been dispatched to Bhopal to conduct a fresh postmortem examination. Authorities have directed strict preservation of all relevant material evidence, along with mandatory video documentation of the entire procedure to ensure transparency and procedural integrity.

On the law enforcement front, the investigation has intensified significantly. The accused, Samarth, is currently in police custody in Bhopal and is expected to be produced before the court.
