ASBL Honoured as ‘Most Innovative Builder of the Decade’ at Way2News Conclave 2026 in Hyderabad
ASBL was awarded “Most Innovative Builder of the Decade” at the Way2News Conclave 2026 in Hyderabad. During the event, ASBL CEO Ajitesh Korupolu highlighted Hyderabad’s rapid growth, infrastructure-led development, technology-driven real estate innovation, and the city’s emergence as a deep technology and Global Capability Center hub.
The conclave featured key addresses and future-focused discussions led by Telangana Chief Minister Anumula Revanth Reddy, Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy, and several senior leaders. The event focused on envisioning Telangana’s economic, infrastructural, and technological progress over the next decade.
During a panel discussion on economic growth and business strategies, ASBL Founder and Chief Executive Officer Ajitesh Korupolu presented an optimistic outlook for Hyderabad’s future. He praised the organisers of the conclave and highlighted the city’s diversified industrial ecosystem as a major strength.
Korupolu stated that Hyderabad stands apart from many Indian cities because its economy is not dependent on a single sector. He pointed out the strong presence of information technology, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, defence technology, and data centres in the city. According to him, nearly 47 percent of all new Global Capability Centers entering India are choosing Hyderabad as their destination.
He also credited the Telangana government’s infrastructure-first development model for driving sustainable urban expansion. According to Korupolu, the government’s strategy of building infrastructure before allowing large-scale development has ensured planned growth in suburban and outer regions of Hyderabad. He noted that the availability of land and water resources, along with gradual policy implementation, has helped the state avoid sudden market disruptions and maintain long-term stability for both developers and homebuyers.
ASBL received the innovation award for introducing a technology-centric approach to real estate development. The company was recognised for reshaping the way residential properties are designed, constructed, sold, and managed. In an industry traditionally lacking detailed consumer insight and operational data, ASBL adopted a model that functions more like a technology enterprise integrated with real estate operations.
The company uses extensive data collection and artificial intelligence to identify daily challenges faced by residents and incorporate solutions into housing layouts and community planning. To improve construction efficiency and quality, ASBL developed a “Digital Twin” system that digitally maps every building before physical construction begins. The system enables real-time task assignment, progress tracking, and verification of completed work to ensure timely execution and quality control.
The company has also digitised the documentation and purchasing process to simplify property transactions for buyers, including non-resident Indians living abroad. After possession, residents can use the Homes by ASBL application to manage household services, book amenities, and raise maintenance requests digitally.
ASBL is currently operating 10 million square feet of developed space while another 10 million square feet is under development, with a strong focus on Hyderabad’s expanding urban landscape. The company’s recognition at the conclave reinforced its growing influence in shaping the future of urban living and real estate innovation in Telangana.
The Way2News Conclave 2026 emerged as a major platform for discussions on Telangana’s future, bringing together government leadership and industry stakeholders to outline the next phase of the state’s economic and technological transformation. ASBL’s recognition at the event highlighted the increasing role of technology, data, and planned infrastructure in defining the future of Hyderabad’s real estate sector.
