The project marks a major milestone for Danube Properties as it introduces the company’s first large-scale integrated master villa community and Dubai’s first fully furnished master villa project. During the unveiling ceremony, H.E. Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan described the project as a reflection of Danube Group’s continued success and long-standing contribution to the economic and urban development of the United Arab Emirates. He stated that the company had established a strong relationship with Dubai and the UAE through its sustained role in the building materials sector before expanding into real estate development and community building.
He emphasized that the growth of Danube Group mirrors Dubai’s own transformation, adding that companies achieving genuine success in the emirate understand that meaningful development is built on trust, reliability, and a clear understanding of the needs of residents, investors, families, and communities.
H.E. Sheikh Nahyan further highlighted the UAE’s global reputation as a destination for investment, business, and opportunity, stating that the country’s standing had been achieved under the leadership and vision of Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. He noted that the UAE leadership continues to promote innovation, enterprise, and an environment where human potential can flourish.
He also praised the role of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum in supporting the country’s ambitious development vision, stressing that the UAE places people at the center of national growth. According to him, cities are ultimately judged by the quality of life they provide, while communities are measured by the values they nurture, including family cohesion, wellbeing, security, tolerance, and shared responsibility.
Calling “Greenz” a celebration of modern living, H.E. Sheikh Nahyan said the development represents a vision shaped by greenery, wellness, comfort, family life, and community spirit. He added that real estate development, at its best, creates spaces that strengthen families, support communities, and reinforce the UAE’s position as a nation of opportunity, stability, and hope.
The minister extended congratulations to Rizwan Sajan, the leadership team, employees of Danube Properties, and all partners, consultants, designers, contractors, and professionals associated with the project. He commended their role in delivering an integrated residential development that reflects confidence in the future of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
Concluding his remarks, H.E. Sheikh Nahyan reaffirmed that development must always serve people first. He stated that projects such as “Greenz” demonstrate this principle in practice and expressed hope that the community would become a place of happiness, security, friendship, and achievement for future residents and investors.
Addressing the gathering, Rizwan Sajan said the project offers five key investment advantages: a prime location, fully furnished homes with Dolce Vita Italian-branded interiors, more than 50 amenities and services, connectivity to major destinations across Dubai, and a flexible 1 percent monthly payment plan.
“Greenz by Danube” is being launched with prices starting from AED 3.5 million and is designed to appeal to both investors and end-users. The development will feature 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom townhouses alongside 5-bedroom semi-detached and twin villas. The residences will include modern façades, Dolce Vita finishes, private lifts, sky gardens, and closed kitchens. Handover is scheduled for December 2029.

The area is also expected to benefit from the upcoming District IO technology hub, aligned with the vision of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
