‘Satta Satta Saanrore’ from Angikaram Sparks Buzz as First Single Sets Tone for Courtroom Sports Drama

The track, built around the theme “Contempt of Time,” features evocative lyrics written by Karthik Netha and a deeply emotive vocal performance by Vaikom Vijayalakshmi. Composed by Ghibran, the song distinguishes itself through its intense and thought-provoking tone, challenging established perceptions of law, justice, and prevailing social norms.

Produced under the banner of Swasthik Visions, Angikaram introduces KJR in the lead role. The film revolves around athletics and highlights the struggles faced by sportspersons, particularly their prolonged fight for recognition and justice within institutional frameworks.

The recently released trailer has already resonated strongly with audiences, depicting the emotional and physical journey of an athlete who confronts systemic barriers and ultimately takes his battle for fairness to the courtroom.

Directed by Thenpathiyan, a former associate of filmmaker Pa. Ranjith, the film features a notable supporting cast including Viji Venkatesh, Ajith Koshy, Sindhoori Viswanath, Rangaraj Pandey, and Mansoor Ali Khan.
