NorthWind Estates has emerged as the highest bidder in a YEIDA auction, securing a five-acre land parcel in Sector 22D for Rs 189 crore. The acquisition strengthens development momentum in the Yamuna Expressway corridor near Noida International Airport, highlighting rising investor interest in structured urban expansion and long-term real estate growth prospects in the region.
The acquisition marks a notable milestone in the ongoing expansion of the Yamuna Expressway region, which is witnessing accelerated urban and residential development driven by large-scale infrastructure projects and rising investor participation.
Sector 22D, located within the high-growth corridor of the Yamuna Expressway region, is rapidly emerging as a key real estate hotspot due to its strategic proximity to the upcoming Noida International Airport and associated infrastructure developments.
