Finkurve AUM Surges 134.5% to ₹1,270.4 Crore in Q1 FY27
Finkurve Financial Services reports strong Q1 FY27 growth, with AUM rising 134.5% to INR 1,270.4 crore, PAT up 65.78%, and asset quality stable as branch expansion and funding gains continue.
The company expanded its branch network to 118 branches from 83 a year ago and had 31,522 active gold loan customers as of June 30, 2026. The gold loan business maintained its momentum, supported by deeper geographic reach and an expanding customer base.
Average gold loan per branch increased to INR 10.3 crore from INR 5.8 crore in Q1 FY26, reflecting improved branch productivity.
Financial performance also remained strong. Total income increased 89.37% year-on-year to INR 75.82 crore from INR 40.04 crore in Q1 FY26. Profit Before Tax (PBT) stood at INR 11.21 crore, up 64.06% year-on-year, while Profit After Tax (PAT) increased 65.78% to INR 8.44 crore.
The company maintained a stable asset quality profile during the quarter, with Gross NPA at 0.54% and Net NPA at 0.48%. Its Capital Adequacy Ratio stood at 26.6%, providing a strong capital base to support its growth plans.
Finkurve also strengthened its funding ecosystem during the quarter by onboarding Franklin Templeton as its first AIF investor through the issuance of INR 50 crore NCD.
On the governance and leadership front, Rajendran Chinna Veerappan was appointed as Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent). The company also appointed Raju Shah as Chief Risk Officer and Husain Pittalwala as Head of Compliance, further strengthening its risk management and compliance framework.
In Q1 FY27, total income stood at INR 75.82 crore compared with INR 40.04 crore in Q1 FY26, marking 89.37% year-on-year growth. The figure was INR 69.21 crore in Q4 FY26, representing 9.55% quarter-on-quarter growth.
PBT rose to INR 11.21 crore in Q1 FY27 from INR 6.83 crore in Q1 FY26, a year-on-year increase of 64.06%. It stood at INR 10.42 crore in Q4 FY26, reflecting 7.54% quarter-on-quarter growth.
PAT increased to INR 8.44 crore from INR 5.09 crore in Q1 FY26, registering 65.78% year-on-year growth. PAT was INR 8.04 crore in Q4 FY26, up 4.95% quarter-on-quarter.
Basic EPS stood at INR 0.60 in Q1 FY27, compared with INR 0.38 in Q1 FY26, an increase of 57.89%. It was INR 0.58 in Q4 FY26, representing 3.45% quarter-on-quarter growth.
AUM, including off-book AUM, stood at INR 1,270.4 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with INR 541.8 crore in Q1 FY26, reflecting 134.5% year-on-year growth. AUM stood at INR 1,096.1 crore in Q4 FY26, representing 15.9% quarter-on-quarter growth.
The branch network increased to 118 in Q1 FY27 from 83 in Q1 FY26, a 42.2% year-on-year increase. The company had 105 branches in Q4 FY26, marking 12.4% quarter-on-quarter growth.
Average gold loan per branch rose to INR 10.3 crore in Q1 FY27 from INR 5.8 crore in Q1 FY26, an increase of 77.6%. The figure stood at INR 9.9 crore in Q4 FY26, representing 4.0% quarter-on-quarter growth.
