Green SM Limo operates exclusively with the VinFast Limo Green, a fully electric seven-seater sport utility vehicle specifically developed for passenger transportation. According to the company, every vehicle is equipped with passenger amenities, including drinking water, wet tissues, and other essential conveniences designed to enhance travel comfort.

To strengthen passenger and driver safety, Green SM has integrated its Secure-to-Safe safety system into all vehicles. The system includes interior and exterior cameras, artificial intelligence-enabled safety features, and emergency support buttons accessible to both drivers and passengers. The company also confirmed that all drivers undergo comprehensive training covering electric vehicle operations, road safety protocols, and customer service standards.

According to Green SM, the service is built around its proprietary “Ride 5 Star” model, a quality framework focused on vehicle standards, safety measures, driver professionalism, and overall customer experience. The company said the model is intended to ensure service consistency across all markets where it operates.

Customers in India can book Green SM Limo rides through the Green SM mobile application, available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The service can also be accessed through the company’s hotline or by directly hailing vehicles in operational areas. To celebrate the launch, Green SM has announced a promotional offer valid from June 5 to June 11, 2026, providing discounts of up to Rs 250 on bookings made through the application.
