Following the formal release of the event's invitation card, Bajrang Garg announced that Shri Shyam Sang Parivar is set to host a grand Shri Shyam Ji Jagran on April 12, an occasion poised to see the participation of thousands of devotees and their families. The administrative and ritualistic framework of the event includes an expansive array of offerings, specifically featuring Chappan Bhog, Sava Mani, Karamawai ka Khichda, Kandmool Phal Bhog, and Panchmeva Bhog, all complemented by a massive community Bhandara.

The cultural and devotional atmosphere will be elevated by a prestigious lineup of renowned artists, including Bhajan Samrat Sanjay Mittal from Kolkata, Shyam Sakhi Gauri Sakshi from Vrindavan, Twinkle Sharma, and Krishna Gaba. It was confirmed during the proceedings that Pawan Gera will conduct the stage management, while the official reception for the distinguished guests and performing artists will be led by Anil Taneja, the President of the organization.
