CBI Secures Deportation of Vishakha Rathod from UAE to India in Fraud Case

CBI secures the deportation of Vishakha Rathod from the UAE to India in connection with a large-scale financial fraud case involving alleged misappropriation of funds and diversion through multiple bank accounts and DEMAT accounts.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has successfully secured the deportation of Vishakha Rathod from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to India in connection with a case involving a large-scale financial fraud.

The investigative agency stated that Rathod was wanted in the case and was brought back to India through coordinated efforts with the Ministry of External Affairs and the Ministry of Home Affairs.

According to the CBI, Vishakha Rathod had dishonestly misappropriated funds and diverted the proceeds through multiple bank accounts and DEMAT accounts. The agency secured her deportation as part of its ongoing investigation into the financial fraud case.

The CBI’s action marks a significant development in the case, with the agency continuing its efforts to bring individuals accused of financial offences back to India through legal and diplomatic coordination.
