Cars24 All-Women Automotive Hub in Saket Emerges as Top Performer in Delhi NCR Within First Month

Cars24’s all-women automotive hub in Saket, Delhi NCR, has emerged as the top-performing hub within its first month, selling over 100 cars with 55% financing penetration. Led entirely by women across all roles, the initiative signals a major shift in automotive retail leadership and is set for expansion to Mumbai and Bengaluru.

In a significant development for the Indian automotive retail sector, Cars24 has announced that its recently launched all-women automotive hub in Saket, Delhi NCR, has emerged as the highest-performing hub across its Delhi NCR network within the first month of operations.

Launched at DLF South Court in Saket, the initiative was introduced as a full-scale operational pilot in which every role, including Car Advisors, Operations Managers, and Hub Leadership, is entirely led by women. The hub operates under identical targets, performance benchmarks, and accountability standards as all other Cars24 hubs across the country, ensuring uniform operational evaluation.

Within its first month, the Saket hub recorded the highest overall performance in the Delhi NCR region, successfully selling more than 100 cars and achieving a financing penetration rate of 55 percent. The performance positioned the hub as a leading operational unit within the company’s regional network.

Commenting on the milestone, Cars24 Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Vikram Chopra stated, “For decades, the automotive industry has largely been built and operated by men. This initiative was our attempt to challenge that norm through action, not conversation. What the Saket hub has proven is that capability was never the barrier. Opportunity was.”

The company stated that the initiative was designed to evaluate how customer interactions and dealership dynamics evolve when women lead the entire automotive retail process, including sales, financing, delivery, and operations. According to Cars24, the outcomes reflected a noticeable improvement in customer engagement, trust, and the overall buying experience.

Chopra further added, “The women in this hub were not selected to fulfill a quota. They were chosen because they were fully capable of running high-performance operations. The only change was ensuring they were no longer the exception on the floor, but the norm.”

The company also highlighted that the initiative received strong internal support from male leaders and teams across the organization, who contributed to identifying the representation gap and developing the operational model.

Cars24 currently employs more than 6,800 people, including 951 women. The Saket pilot forms part of a broader long-term strategy aimed at increasing women’s participation and leadership across automotive retail and operations.

Following the success of the Delhi NCR hub, Cars24 has confirmed plans to expand the women-led hub model to Mumbai and Bengaluru. The company is also exploring the inclusion of women mechanics and service professionals in future expansions.

“The real success will be when women leading automotive hubs is no longer considered groundbreaking but becomes standard practice,” Chopra said.

Cars24 has invited women interested in building careers in automotive retail and operations to contact women@cars24.com.

The development marks a notable shift in workforce inclusion and operational experimentation within India’s automotive retail sector, highlighting the scalability of women-led leadership models in high-performance commercial environments.
