Exclusive Cafe Meeting Video of Accused in Ketan Agarwal Case Surfaces, Intensifying Murder Allegations
An exclusive video showing accused Siya Goyal and Chetan Chaudhary meeting at a cafe before Ketan Agarwal’s death has emerged, intensifying murder allegations in Maharashtra. The footage, under scrutiny, may impact the investigation into claims of a romantic relationship and a suspected cliff push incident at Lohagad Fort.
According to details from the video, recorded around 9:30 pm on May 23, Siya Goyal and Chetan Chaudhary appear in a relaxed and cheerful state. In the recording, Siya is seen holding Chetan’s hands and pulling them around her shoulders in a gesture resembling an embrace. The clip is being examined by investigators to determine its relevance to the case.
The emergence of this video is expected to strengthen allegations made by Ketan Agarwal’s family, who have claimed that Siya Goyal and Chetan Chaudhary continued a romantic relationship even after her engagement to Ketan in February. Siya’s family, however, has strongly denied these allegations, maintaining that the two were only friends.
Speaking to NewsDotz, Siya Goyal’s mother, Pooja Goyal, stated that she had not observed any behavior suggesting a romantic relationship between Siya and Ketan after the engagement. She said Siya did not avoid Ketan, did not ignore him, and continued normal interactions in the months following the engagement. The family has declined to comment on the newly surfaced video.
Multiple photographs and videos of Siya Goyal and Chetan Chaudhary have already been circulating on social media. Addressing one such image, Siya’s mother explained that the two had attended a friend’s wedding together.
The First Information Report filed by Ketan Agarwal’s father, Vishal Devichand Agarwal, alleges that Siya Goyal and Chetan Chaudhary pushed Ketan off a cliff, resulting in his death. According to the complaint, Ketan left his home on the morning of June 18, picked up Siya from Kiwale Bridge on the Pune-Mumbai Highway, and then proceeded towards Lohagad Fort.
At approximately 10:45 am, Siya Goyal reportedly called Ketan Agarwal’s mother, stating that he had accidentally fallen into a gorge at Lohagad Fort. Local residents and police teams later recovered him from the gorge and transported him to a hospital, where doctors declared him deceased.
On June 21, Ketan Agarwal’s father and relatives revisited the alleged site of the fall and concluded that the terrain made an accidental slip highly improbable, as stated in the FIR. They were accompanied by friends Navdeep Jindal and Tarun Mittal during the inspection of the cliff area.
The case continues to draw intense public attention as investigators examine digital evidence, eyewitness claims, and location assessments to determine whether the incident was accidental or a premeditated act involving the accused.
