The inauguration also highlighted the growing strategic partnership between DAC Developers and Yubi. The two organizations have successfully collaborated on two transactions in Chennai, through which Yubi facilitated funding of INR 66 crore for DAC Developers. Building on this relationship, Yubi has expressed its intention to partner with DAC Developers through a proposed INR 250 crore platform over a one-year period to support land acquisition opportunities. The terms of the proposed arrangement are currently being finalized and are expected to be formally executed in the near future.
The occasion further marked the launch of DAC Cambridge, an English-themed residential development inspired by the architectural character and charm of Cambridge, England. Positioned as a premium residential community, the project combines distinctive architecture, landscaped open spaces, and carefully planned living environments along Chennai’s thriving information technology corridor.
DAC Developers already maintains a strong presence on OMR through five ongoing projects. These include DAC Prathyangira and DAC Napa Valley in Sholinganallur, along with the villa communities DAC Silicon Valley, DAC Silicon Valley Phase 2, and DAC Santa Clara in Navalur. Together, these developments have contributed to creating some of the most sought-after residential destinations along the corridor.
