Ashwinder R. Singh has been reappointed as Chairman of the CII Real Estate Committee (Northern Region) for 2026-27. The BCD Group Vice Chairman and real estate industry veteran will continue to work with policymakers, developers and investors to drive collaboration and support India’s rapidly transforming real estate and urban development sector.

Ashwinder R. Singh has been reappointed as Chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Real Estate Committee for the Northern Region for the 2026-27 term, reaffirming his standing as one of India’s most influential voices in real estate, urban development and industry leadership.

Widely recognised for scaling real estate platforms and for his expertise in developing integrated townships, Singh is also known for his extensive experience in institutional capital, finance and property technology. In this role, he has played a pivotal part in advancing the group’s strategic expansion into real estate development and integrated urban growth.

His reappointment comes at a critical juncture for India’s real estate sector, which is undergoing a far-reaching structural transformation driven by infrastructure expansion, rapid urbanisation, technology adoption, increasing participation from capital markets and growing global investor interest in India’s long-term economic growth.

As Chairman of the CII Real Estate Committee (Northern Region), Singh will continue to work closely with policymakers, developers, financial institutions, investors, entrepreneurs and other industry stakeholders to strengthen collaboration across the sector and contribute to the next phase of India’s urban and economic development.
