Viral Video Surfaces After Alleged Attempt to Murder in Guravali Village Over Old Rivalry

According to the complaint filed by victim Ankit Sharma, the dispute stems from an earlier altercation involving accused Manish and Chetan, both residents of Guravali village. Sharma alleged that tensions between the parties had continued ever since a previous case was registered in connection with the earlier conflict.

In his written complaint to police, Sharma stated that on the evening of May 20 at around 7 pm, he was on his way to a shop to purchase household items when the accused intercepted him on the road. He alleged that the two men began verbally abusing him and later assaulted him after he objected to their behavior.

The complaint further stated that the accused allegedly attempted to attack him with a sharp-edged weapon and issued death threats during the assault. Sharma demanded strict legal action against both accused individuals.

The incident gained widespread attention after a video linked to the attack began circulating on social media platforms. In the viral footage, two youths can allegedly be seen attacking a person with sticks. The video has triggered concern among local residents and renewed focus on violent disputes arising from personal rivalries.

Police have received the complaint and the victim has sought strict action against the accused in connection with charges of assault, attempted murder, verbal abuse, and criminal intimidation. The case has added to growing concerns over escalating violence linked to personal enmity in rural areas.
