Border Security Force personnel arrested a man identified as Adi Malik near the border fencing under Ramdas Police Station in Amritsar Rural, close to Border Outpost Dariya Mansur. According to official information, personnel of the 117th Battalion of the Border Security Force observed a man moving in a suspicious manner in close proximity to the border fencing. Acting immediately on the unusual movement, the troops signaled him to stop and subsequently took him into custody after detaining him on the spot.
The detained individual has been identified as Adi Malik, son of Deba Malik, a resident of Odisha.
