Endurance Meets Performance: iQOO Z11x 5G Debuts in India with Massive 7,200mAh Battery

iQOO has officially unveiled the Z11x 5G in India, a mid-range powerhouse featuring a massive 7,200mAh battery and the all-new Dimensity 7400 Turbo chipset. Starting at ₹18,999, the device offers a 120Hz display and Android 16, setting a new endurance benchmark for the segment. Sales begin March 16 on Amazon and iQOO.com

iQOO has officially expanded its footprint in the competitive Indian mid-range market with the launch of the iQOO Z11x 5G. Succeeding the popular Z10x from last year, this latest iteration represents a significant leap forward in mobile endurance, centering its appeal around a colossal 7,200mAh battery—one of the largest ever seen in its price segment. By pairing this massive power cell with 44W wired fast charging, iQOO is directly targeting power users and commuters who prioritize multi-day longevity without sacrificing the modern conveniences of a 5G-enabled device.

The iQOO Z11x 5G is more than just a battery powerhouse; it serves as a launchpad for the octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Turbo chipset. This new silicon is designed to balance high-speed 5G connectivity with optimized power consumption, supported by up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and a generous 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. On the visual front, the device sports a 6.76-inch LCD panel that delivers a crisp Full-HD+ resolution. With a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1,200 nits in high brightness mode, the display remains legible even under harsh sunlight, catering to a wide range of multimedia and gaming needs.

Photography on the Z11x is handled by a streamlined dual-camera array on the rear, led by a 50MP primary Sony sensor designed for high-fidelity imaging, accompanied by a 2MP depth unit for portrait effects. A notable highlight for the social-media-conscious user is the 32MP front-facing camera, a significant resolution for a device in this category. For software, the handset is among the first to ship with Android 16-based OriginOS 6 out-of-the-box. iQOO has underscored its commitment to longevity by promising two years of major OS upgrades and four years of security patches, ensuring the device remains secure and up-to-date well into the future.

The smartphone also includes a suite of practical features such as an infrared sensor, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a comprehensive connectivity package including Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4. Available in two distinct finishes—Prismatic Green and Titan Black—the iQOO Z11x 5G is scheduled to go on sale via Amazon and the official iQOO India store starting March 16. With a starting price of ₹18,999 for the 6GB/128GB variant, scaling up to ₹22,999 for the top-tier 8GB/256GB model, the Z11x 5G stands as a formidable contender that challenges the industry to rethink the standards of battery capacity and performance in the sub-₹25,000 category.
