Stolen Vehicle Recovered in Uttar Pradesh’s Basti, Two Arrested After Police Operation

According to officials, the recovery and arrests were carried out by the Basti police during a targeted operation within the jurisdiction of the Kotwali police station. Acting on actionable inputs, the police intercepted the suspects at Rampur Chauraha, where the stolen vehicle was also seized. The accused have been identified as Saurabh Pal and Saurabh Singh.

Police sources confirmed that both the vehicle and the suspects were taken into custody from the Rampur Tiraha area. Following their arrest, the two men were formally detained and are being booked under the relevant sections of law. Authorities stated that further legal proceedings are underway in accordance with established procedures.
