Seafood Expo Asia 2026 to Unite Global Seafood Industry Leaders in Singapore This September

“Seafood Expo Asia is an important platform for the B.C. Dive Fisheries to continue to strengthen our relationships with buyers across Southeast Asia,” said Lawrence Anderson, Director of Pacific Sea Cucumber and Urchin Harvesters Associations (Canada). “It’s an excellent platform to showcase our sustainably harvested premium quality seafood products.”

The 2026 edition will introduce new regional and national pavilions, reflecting increasing global interest in meeting Asia's rising seafood demand while connecting suppliers throughout the supply chain with buyers across the region. New pavilions include British Columbia Government (Canada), Jeju Technopark (South Korea), Ministero dell’Agricoltura della Sovranità Alimentare e delle Foreste (MASAF) (Italy) and The French Chamber of Commerce Singapore (France/Singapore).

Several established pavilions will also return, including Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute (United States), Beijing Yinqicheng International Exhibition Co., Ltd. (China), CAPPMA (China), Dalian Huihetong Exhibition & Display Co., Ltd. (China), Food Export USA – Northeast (United States), Hainan Fuchang Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. (China), Japan Farmed Fish Export Association (Japan), Kochi Seafood Export Promotion Association (Japan), National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives (South Korea), Seafood Industries Association Singapore (Singapore), Southern United States Trade Association – SUSTA (United States) and Valuedshow Management LLC (China).

The exhibition will also welcome first-time exhibitors from Ecuador, Chile, South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia and China. Among them, Blumar Asia Ltd., the Asia arm of Chile’s Blumar, will showcase fresh and frozen Chilean Atlantic salmon alongside jack mackerel and fishmeal products. Jeju Technopark, a South Korean government-backed research and innovation centre, will present smart land-based aquaculture technology for seaweed and laver cultivation using Jeju Island’s mineral-rich lava seawater. Xinjiang Tianyun Organic Agriculture Co., Ltd. will display salmon and trout farmed in glacial water from the Tianshan Mountains and certified under BRC Global Food Safety and NSF antibiotic-free product standards. Foodman Optoelectronic (Zhongshan) Co., Ltd. will exhibit food safety and quality-control equipment for seafood processing, including X-ray inspection systems designed to detect fish bones and foreign objects during production.

Designed to represent the complete seafood supply chain, Seafood Expo Asia/Seafood Processing Asia will also feature returning exhibitors including AquaChile, Austral Fisheries, Vinh Hoan Corporation, Marennes Oleron Oyster PGI and Omarsa S.A. Processing equipment and technology providers such as BAADER, Gucheng Shouan New Material Technology, Guy Cotten and Silikal GmbH will offer solutions covering automation, packaging, cold chain systems and aquaculture infrastructure, enabling buyers to source multiple business solutions at a single venue.

The 2026 exhibition floor will feature fresh, frozen, canned, preserved, value-added, processed and packaged seafood products alongside technologies for processing, automation, aquaculture systems, cold chain infrastructure and advanced packaging. The broad product range is intended to serve procurement professionals from hotels, supermarkets, seafood processing facilities and hatchery operations by connecting them with new suppliers and business partners.

In addition to the exhibition, the event will host a comprehensive business programme. Qualified high-volume importers and retail and foodservice buyers will be able to participate in the Business Matchmaking Program, which offers structured, pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings with exhibiting suppliers. The Seafood Excellence Asia Awards will recognise outstanding new seafood products while providing participating companies with exposure to buyers and media during an evening reception.

An educational conference will bring together industry leaders to discuss seafood consumption trends, market outlook, artificial intelligence in the supply chain, sustainability certification, recirculating aquaculture system (RAS) fish farming and seafood processing trends across Asia. Live culinary demonstrations and product tasting sessions will also allow buyers to experience products directly on the exhibition floor.
