Aspire Group Honored in Hapur for Outstanding Contribution to Cow Welfare and Social Service Initiative
Aspire Group was honored in Hapur for its significant contribution to cow welfare and social service initiatives. The recognition was given by State Minister Kapil Dev Agarwal during the Ganga Expressway inauguration event. The group pledged fodder support for 3,597 destitute cattle under a district-wide welfare initiative led by District Magistrate Kavita Meena.
The initiative was launched following an appeal by District Magistrate Kavita Meena, who called upon the public, social organizations, and voluntary institutions to support the maintenance and care of 3,597 destitute cattle sheltered across various cow protection centers in the district, particularly during the challenging summer season. The appeal emphasized the urgent need for fodder, clean drinking water, and proper care arrangements.
Acting on this appeal, the Chief Development Officer of Hapur played a crucial coordinating role in ensuring effective collaboration between administrative authorities and participating organizations. Under this coordinated framework, multiple social groups and institutions came forward to support the initiative, reinforcing a strong model of public participation in animal welfare.
Among the contributors, the Aspire Group took a leading step by committing to arrange approximately 1,000 quintals of fodder for the sheltered cattle. This substantial commitment significantly strengthened the ongoing welfare efforts and ensured improved care for the destitute cattle population in the region.
The group was formally recognized during the inauguration ceremony of the Ganga Expressway project. On this occasion, Kapil Dev Agarwal presented the commendation certificate to Aspire Group representatives Hemant Gupta and Sandeep Kumar. Both representatives expressed gratitude to the administration and the minister, reaffirming that the Aspire Group will continue to actively participate in social service and cow welfare initiatives in the future.
The event was attended by several prominent dignitaries, including Bharatiya Janata Party District President Kavita Madhare, Hapur Member of Legislative Assembly Vijaypal Adhati, Garhmukteshwar Member of Legislative Assembly Harendra Tevatiya, Regional General Secretary Vikas Agarwal, former District President Naresh Tomar, District Magistrate Kavita Meena, along with other officials and distinguished guests.
The initiative, driven by administrative coordination and social participation, has emerged as a powerful example of collective responsibility in Hapur, reflecting a growing culture of compassion, cooperation, and structured welfare efforts for vulnerable livestock.
